Berry Hills Resort, Ooty

I had a wonderful time at the resort with its breathtaking views of the Ooty city and surrounding mountains. The ambiance was delightful, and the staff, especially Mr. Saravanan, were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. However, reaching the resort can be quite challenging due to the roads, and the dining options beyond breakfast left something to be desired. Overall, it was a great experience that I’d highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

However, there were significant issues with cleanliness and maintenance, including mould in the room and inconsistent dining quality. The access road proved challenging for driving, and the lack of basic amenities like kettles in the room detracted from the experience.
